Two add ons exist, and both are US store prices in USD: the Ultimate Suit 5.0 twelve channel add on at $489 on visionbody.com and a support belt at $39 on visionbody.com. That $489 carries a compare at price of $489, so the struck through figure is no saving. The PowerBox isn't sold separately anywhere, so a second controller means the Double.

Batteries and power
Here's the detail that catches international buyers. Visionbody states that batteries cannot ship to the UK, Arabian countries, Africa, Asia or Russia. Power itself is easy. The PowerBox runs an LP-E10 rechargeable battery, about 6 hours per charge, over USB-C. USB-C is voltage agnostic worldwide, so a plug adapter is all you need abroad, not a transformer. The battery is user replaceable and Canon LP-E10 compatible at 7.4V, 900 to 1100 mAh. Visionbody sells no batteries at all, which means a commodity part rather than a proprietary one: in the US they point buyers at general retailers, in Switzerland to Patona.

Two rows deserve a note if you're buying from Australia. TitanBody advertises free international shipping, a real advantage over a store publishing no international terms at all, though it launched in September 2025 with around 15 Trustpilot reviews, so no long term owner feedback exists yet. Katalyst's subscription is the other thing to weigh: $2,999 up front plus a mandatory $35 to $49 every month for as long as you keep training. Run that multiplication over the years you plan to own it.
On clearance: Visionbody is FDA cleared under 510(k) number K222386, applicant Vb Technologies AG, decision "Substantially Equivalent", dated 24 February 2023, Class II, product code NGX. Substantially equivalent is what clearance means: comparable to a device already legally marketed. It is not FDA "approval" and it is not evidence of any particular fitness result. It's a United States record, and we hold no information about any Australian listing. Katalyst is cleared too, under K171035 and K181199. For TitanBody and SQAI we searched the FDA database under their own and known parent names and found no 510(k) record, which isn't the same as saying none exists, so ask them for a number.
Returns, warranty and the training itself
The return window is 21 days from delivery, not 30, whatever a stray card elsewhere on their site says. Contact support inside the window for a Return Authorization number, pay the return shipping unless the fault is theirs, and the refund follows within 14 business days of inspection. From Australia that return freight is real money, so decide in the first three weeks.
Warranty runs in three tiers:
- PowerBox: 3 year limited warranty.
- Suit functional components (electrodes, wiring, connection plate): 6 months, or a maximum of 100 wash cycles.
- Suit textile: 30 days.
Cover runs from the ship date and needs registration and proof of purchase. Read "100 washes" as a warranty ceiling rather than a lifespan rating: their own advice is to wash after every 2 to 3 sessions, so a regular owner nears 100 cycles well inside the product's working life. Wash cold on a gentle cycle at 800 rpm, in the supplied laundry bag with all Velcro closed, then dry flat. Don't turn the suit inside out to wash it; inside out is an air drying step after a session. No hand washing, dry cleaning, tumble drying, ironing, fabric softener or sports detergent. There's no published size chart either: Visionbody emails for your measurements after you order.
Sessions run 20 minutes (their FAQ gives 20 to 25), 2 to 3 times a week, at least 48 hours apart, capped at 120 minutes a week on the Personal System. The My Visionbody app comes with the system, runs on iOS and Android back to iOS 12.4, and carries 8 advanced programs with 64 subprograms. Nothing recurs after you buy.
Whole body EMS isn't for everyone. Anyone with a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device should avoid it, as should anyone pregnant, epileptic, managing a serious heart condition or active cancer, running a fever, or with open wounds over the electrode areas.
