What a studio session involves, and what to ask
Whole body EMS has the same shape wherever you do it. The research literature, led largely by Kemmler and von Stengel, typically uses 20 minute sessions one to two times a week, and the evidence is strongest in beginners and returners. Visionbody's guidance is 20 minutes, two to three times a week, at least 48 hours apart, with its FAQ widening that to 20 to 25 minutes. Movements stay slow and simple, squats, lunges, rows, planks, because the current supplies the overload, and you train in a thin seamless layer.
Studios price locally and we hold no verified Swedish rates, so treat any figure repeated online with suspicion. Ring two studios, ask the per session and block price, then ask four more: does every muscle group start at zero and rise individually, is a warm up built in, are sessions capped near 20 minutes, and how do they screen for the contraindications below.

What ships to Sweden and what does not

For TitanBody and SQAI we searched their own and known parent names and found no 510(k) record, so ask them for a number; one could exist under a name our search missed. If that is your standard, the cleared option is the one to price up.
Warranty, returns and keeping the suit working
The return window is 21 days from delivery. Contact support inside it for a Return Authorization number; the refund follows within 14 business days of inspection. The buyer pays return shipping unless the fault is Visionbody's. One of their own pages says 30 days; the return policy page governs, and it says 21.
The warranty runs in three tiers. The PowerBox carries 3 years. The suit's functional components, meaning electrodes, wiring and the connection plate, get 6 months or 100 wash cycles, whichever comes first. The textile gets 30 days. Cover runs from the ship date, needs registration and proof of purchase, and claims go in within 10 calendar days of a return. Read the 100 washes correctly: it is a warranty limit, not a durability rating, and since Visionbody advises washing every two or three sessions you reach that cap sooner than you expect. Register early.
One instruction gets reversed constantly. Do not turn the suit inside out to wash it. Inside out is an air drying step after a workout, nothing more. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle at an 800 rpm spin, in the supplied laundry bag, all Velcro fastened, with a mild bleach free detergent. Never put the control box through the wash, and dry flat away from flame or high heat. Prohibited: hand washing, dry cleaning, drying in direct sunlight, sports detergents, fabric softener, bleach, tumble drying, ironing and wringing out.
Who should not train with EMS
Whole body EMS carries the standard contraindication list. Avoid it with a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device, during pregnancy, with epilepsy, with serious heart conditions, with active cancer, with a fever, or with open wounds and acute injuries over the electrode areas. Training is for adults, 18 and over.
Excessive intensity carries a documented rhabdomyolysis risk, which explains most of the design decisions here. Every muscle group starts at level 0 and rises individually, the in-app warm up is mandatory, sessions hold at 20 minutes with at least 48 hours between them, and the Personal System caps you at 120 minutes of EMS training per week. The heart rate guideline is 180 minus your age. Those limits are engineering, not fine print.
