What the Visionbody costs in euros
Both European stores sell the same three configurations. The single is one suit with one PowerBox. The duo is two suits sharing one PowerBox. The double is two suits with two PowerBoxes, so two people can train at the same time.

The US store lists the single at $1,890 against a $2,490 list price, but that is a separate market in a separate currency. Converting one into the other and expecting it to land is how people end up arguing with a checkout screen.
On accessories, the figures we hold are US dollar prices: $489 for the Ultimate Suit 5.0 twelve channel add-on and $39 for the support belt. We have not verified euro equivalents, so treat your own store's accessories page as the source. One detail worth carrying with you anyway: that $489 add-on has a compare-at price of $489, so the struck through number beside it represents no saving at all.
VAT, customs and duties: who carries what
The published policy is short, and it is the same wherever you order from. Customs, duties and import VAT are the buyer's responsibility. Plan around that sentence rather than around a number you found in a forum.
We are not going to quote you a VAT rate or a per country duty figure. Delivery, and the one estimate that is US only
Visionbody publishes exactly one delivery estimate and it belongs to the United States: two to three business days of processing, then three to five working days out of Miami, with free shipping across the USA. Those numbers describe a domestic American shipment and nothing else.
For Europe, no delivery estimate and no list of shipped to countries has been published anywhere. So settle it in one message instead of guessing. Contact the store you are buying from, name your country, ask for a delivery window, and ask them to confirm they ship there. Get the answer in writing before you pay. Buying from Great Britain: euros, not pounds
There is no UK storefront and no GBP pricing. No visionbody.co.uk, no /en-gb path, no pound checkout hiding behind a country selector. A visitor from Great Britain gets routed to visionbody.eu and is billed in euros.
One quirk to watch. Depending on which page you land on, you may see €1.790 or €1.641,84. The second is an auto converted figure rather than a second price tier. The euro amount on the checkout screen is what your card is charged, so read that and ignore whatever converted number flashed past earlier in the session.
British buyers should also read the next section closely, because there is one item that will not be travelling in the box.
The battery, and the regions shipping rules exclude
Shipping rules keep the LP-E10 battery out of the UK, Arabian countries, Africa, Asia and Russia. Buyers in those regions source the battery locally, and that is a far smaller job than it sounds.
The cell is a standard camera part rather than a proprietary one: Canon LP-E10 compatible, 7.4V, 900 to 1100 mAh, user replaceable, and good for around six hours per charge. Everything else in the box travels normally: the PowerSuit, the PowerBox, the USB-C cable, the laundry net and the manual. Charging runs over USB-C and is voltage agnostic worldwide, so training abroad needs a plug adapter and nothing more clever than that.
Paying in Europe: one payment, nothing recurring
If you read the US pages first, this is the part that does not carry over. Installment financing does not exist in the EU or DACH markets. There is no European payment plan and no monthly option, and we will not imply one. Budget for the full amount at checkout, on the card you intend to use.

Returns, warranty and what actually arrives
The return window is 21 days from delivery. Contact support inside that window for a Return Authorization number. You pay return shipping unless the fault is Visionbody's, and refunds are issued within 14 business days of inspection. You may spot a "30-Day Money-Back" line on one of their own financing cards. The return policy page is the document that governs, so work to 21 days and do not lose a week assuming you have thirty.
Warranty comes in three tiers, and the third one is short:
- PowerBox: 3 year limited warranty.
- PowerSuit functional components (electrodes, wiring, connection plate): 6 months or a maximum of 100 wash cycles.
- PowerSuit textile: 30 days.
Cover runs from the ship date, requires registration and proof of purchase, and claims have to be raised within 10 calendar days of a return. Complimentary gifts are not covered. Register on the day the box lands, because the textile tier is measured in days.
Read the 100 washes figure correctly too. It is a warranty limit, not a durability rating. Visionbody's own care guidance is to wash after every two or three sessions, so a buyer who follows that advice reaches 100 cycles well inside the product's working life.
