Everything is designed and manufactured in Germany, and the system is 18+ only.

The warranty runs in three tiers and the textile tier is short. The PowerBox carries a 3 year limited warranty. The functional components, meaning electrodes, wiring and the connection plate, are covered for 6 months or a maximum of 100 wash cycles. The textile itself is covered for 30 days. Cover runs from the ship date, requires registration and proof of purchase, and claims must be filed within 10 calendar days of a return. Complimentary gifts are not covered.
Read the 100 wash figure as a warranty limit, not a durability rating. Visionbody's own advice is to wash after every 2 to 3 sessions because salt buildup weakens conductivity, so a diligent owner works through cycles steadily. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle at 800 rpm spin, inside the supplied laundry bag, with all Velcro fastened and a mild bleach-free detergent; gentle baby detergent works best. Do not turn the suit inside out to wash it: inside out is the air-drying step after a workout, and those two get conflated constantly. Never wash the control box with the suit.
