What a training week looks like
Sessions run 20 minutes, the headline figure, with the FAQ giving a 20 to 25 minute range. Train two to three times a week with at least 48 hours between sessions, and the Personal System caps you at 120 minutes of EMS per week. That cap is a feature: it blocks the beginner mistake of treating more as better.
Every session opens with a mandatory in-app warm up, and every muscle group starts at level 0 and is raised individually. The heart rate guideline is 180 minus your age. Wear a thin seamless layer, no padding or underwire, and keep movements slow: squats, lunges, rows, planks. The current supplies the overload, not heavy weight.

There is no installment financing in the EU. No deposit plan, no monthly spread, nothing to stage. Any installment arrangement you've seen mentioned belongs to the US storefront. From an Irish address, budget the full euro price in one payment.

That $489 add-on carries a compare-at price of $489, so the struck through figure is no saving. The PowerBox is not sold separately anywhere.
On studio pricing, we hold no verified rates for Ireland and won't print one we can't stand behind. Ring two studios, ask for the per session rate, then divide the suit price by it. Returns, warranty and keeping the fabric alive
The return window is 21 days from delivery, not 30. Contact support inside the window for a Return Authorization number. You pay return shipping unless the fault is Visionbody's, and the refund lands within 14 business days of inspection.
The warranty is three tiers and the fabric one is short: PowerBox 3 years; functional components (electrodes, wiring, connection plate) 6 months or a maximum 100 wash cycles; textile 30 days. Cover runs from the ship date and needs registration and proof of purchase. Read "100 washes or 6 months" as a warranty limit rather than a durability rating: the advice is to wash every two to three sessions, which reaches 100 cycles well inside the product's working life.
Do not turn the suit inside out to wash it; inside out is a post-workout air drying step only. Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, 800 rpm spin, inside the provided laundry bag with all Velcro fastened, using a mild bleach free detergent. Never wash the control box with the suit. Prohibited: hand washing, dry cleaning, drying in direct sunlight, sports detergents, fabric softener, bleach, tumble drying, ironing and wringing out. Dry flat, away from open flame or high heat.

For fairness: Katalyst is also FDA cleared, under K171035 and K181199. We searched the FDA database for TitanBody and SQAI, including known parent names, and found no record for either. One could sit under a corporate name we missed, so ask them for the 510(k) number. SBODY and BruteSuits publish no FDA clearance.
EMS isn't for everyone. The contraindications are the standard whole body EMS list: a pacemaker or any implanted electronic device, pregnancy, epilepsy, serious heart conditions, active cancer, fever, or open wounds and acute injury over the electrode areas.
