Visionbody Warranty and Support: What Is Covered

FDA cleared means the FDA found the device substantially equivalent to one already on the market. It is a real regulatory review you can look up by its number, and it is not a promise of any particular fitness result. Affiliate link: we may earn a commission at no cost to you.

Visionbody covers the system in three tiers rather than one blanket period: three years on the PowerBox, six months or 100 wash cycles on the suit's functional components, and 30 days on the textile. Returns run 21 days from delivery, not the 30 days on one of their own marketing cards.

Reader deal: The US single system is $1,890 on visionbody.com, down from a $2,490 list. Check the current price and enter ROUTINES50 at checkout for $50 off.

The three tiers, side by side

All three clocks start on the ship date.

Part Cover What it includes
PowerBox 3 year limited warranty Wireless Bluetooth controller, all 12 channels
PowerSuit functional components 6 months, maximum 100 wash cycles Electrodes, wiring, connection plate
PowerSuit textile 30 days The garment: fabric, seams, closures

Three years on the PowerBox is the tier that counts

If you remember one line from this page, make it this one. The PowerBox is the wireless controller that runs the session over Bluetooth and drives all 12 channels, and it is backed for three full years. That matters more than the number suggests, because the PowerBox is not sold separately on any of the three storefronts and has no standalone replacement price anywhere.

The battery ships as its own item in the box rather than sealed inside the controller: an LP-E10 cell, about six hours per charge, recharged over USB-C, user replaceable and Canon LP-E10 compatible at 7.4V and 900 to 1100 mAh. Visionbody sells no batteries. Their guidance is that US replacements are widely available, Amazon included, and that in Switzerland they source from Patona.

Six months or 100 washes is a warranty limit, not a lifespan

Electrodes, wiring and the connection plate are covered for six months or 100 wash cycles, whichever comes first. Read that 100 correctly: it is the ceiling on the guarantee, not a durability rating.

Run it against Visionbody's own care advice, because this is the part buyers miss. They ask you to wash after every two to three sessions, and the protocol is two to three sessions a week. Cycles stack up faster than people picture when they hear "100", and a buyer following that guidance to the letter can approach 100 washes well inside the suit's usable life. The cap can arrive while the garment is still perfectly good.

So use months one to six to shake out any electrode, wiring or connection plate fault, and treat the wash counter as real: conductive fabric is a consumable in a way a controller is not. Visionbody sells an Ultimate Suit 5.0 add-on, 12 channel, at $489 in the US. That $489 sits behind a struck-through $489 on their site, so the crossed-out figure is no saving. It is the price, not a deal.

Washing it the way the warranty expects

Care is where the shorter tiers get won. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle at 800 rpm spin, inside the laundry net from the box, every Velcro fastening closed, mild bleach-free detergent (gentle baby detergent works best). The control box never goes in with it.

One thing people reliably get backwards: do not turn the suit inside out to wash it. Inside out is the post-workout air-drying position, a separate step. Dry flat, away from open flame or high heat.

The prohibited list: no hand washing, dry cleaning, drying in direct sunlight, sports detergents, fabric softener, bleach, tumble drying, ironing or wringing out. Salt from sweat weakens conductivity, which is why the wash schedule exists. Our setup guide covers the routine around it.

Check the fit inside 21 days, not 30

The textile tier runs 30 days, but do not let that number set your schedule: the refund window closes 21 days after delivery. Inspect the garment in week one, seams, Velcro, connection plate, and how it sits through the shoulders and thighs. There is no size chart because Visionbody emails you for measurements after you order, so confirm they got it right while a return is still available.

Returns run 21 days, and one Visionbody page disagrees

The return window is 21 days from delivery. Ask support for a Return Authorization number inside that window first, because a parcel sent back without one creates a problem nobody enjoys solving. You cover return shipping unless the fault is Visionbody's, and the refund lands within 14 business days of inspection.

Better from us than on day 27: Visionbody's financing page advertises a "30-Day Money-Back" guarantee and calls the warranty two years. Both are wrong against the policy pages, which govern. Diarise day 14 and you decide with a week in hand.

Registration, proof of purchase and the 10 day claim clock

  • The clocks start at ship date. Not delivery, not first use.
  • Registration is required. Do it the week your suit arrives, while the order email is findable.
  • Keep proof of purchase. The invoice in the box is what you will be asked for, so photograph it.
  • Claims go in within 10 calendar days of the return. Start the paperwork the day you ship it back.
  • Complimentary gifts are not covered. Treat a promotional extra as a bonus, not a warranted component.

Support and buying from outside the US

There are three storefronts rather than one global store, and the one you land on sets your currency and the company on your invoice. visionbody.com serves the US in dollars, run by VB USA LLC in Miami. visionbody.eu serves the rest of Europe in euros, with GB visitors routed there. visionbodyshop.com serves Germany, Austria and Switzerland, run by Visionbody Europe LLC in Mallorca.

On support we will only give you what Visionbody publishes. The US address is support-usa@visionbody.com. We found no published EU or DACH support address, and Visionbody does not state which entity administers a claim raised outside the US, so if you order on visionbody.eu or visionbodyshop.com, use that storefront's contact route and get the process confirmed in writing before you need it.

Two more notes for buyers abroad. Batteries cannot ship to the UK, Arabian countries, Africa, Asia or Russia, so owners there source the LP-E10 cell locally, and Visionbody publishes availability guidance for the US and Switzerland only. Customs, duties and import VAT fall to the buyer, as our shipping guide explains. Payment plans are a US-only arrangement, so plan to pay in full at checkout.

How the cover compares with the rest of the category

System Controller cover Garment cover FDA 510(k)
Visionbody 3 years (PowerBox) 6 months or 100 washes on functional parts, 30 days textile K222386, cleared as substantially equivalent to a legally marketed device
TitanBody 3 years (powerbox) 1 year None we could find
Katalyst Not stated in sources we checked Not stated in sources we checked K171035 and K181199, same substantial equivalence basis

TitanBody's year on the garment reads better than six months. Weigh it against the rest: it launched in September 2025 with about 15 Trustpilot reviews, so no long-term feedback exists on how that year gets honoured. Its site claims FDA clearance but publishes no number, and we searched the 510(k) database under TitanBody and its known parent names without finding a record. A clearance could exist under a name we did not find, so ask them for it. Our side by side has the rest.

Visionbody's number is public and checkable: 510(k) K222386, applicant Vb Technologies AG, decided 24 February 2023, where the FDA found the device substantially equivalent to a device already legally marketed. That is what FDA cleared means: a real regulatory review, not the same as approval, and not proof of any fitness result. Katalyst is cleared too, under K171035 and K181199, though it costs $2,999 plus a mandatory $35 to $49 per month subscription and runs on iOS only.

On price, the US single is $1,890 against a $2,490 list, the duo $2,390 and the double $3,490, all on visionbody.com in dollars. In Europe the single is €1.790 against a €2.490 list. US buyers can also take the deposit plan, no credit check: $890 today, $1,000 on delivery charged to the same card, $1,890 total, a payment schedule rather than credit. See current pricing, add ROUTINES50 for $50 off, and read our code page if it does not apply first time.

Three years on the electronics, a clear 21 day window, and a clearance number you can check yourself. Start your order here, then register the suit the week it lands.

FAQ

How long is the Visionbody warranty?

Three tiers: the PowerBox three years, the functional components (electrodes, wiring, connection plate) six months or 100 wash cycles, the textile 30 days. Every clock starts at ship date. Visionbody's financing page calls it two years, which is wrong against the warranty terms.

What is Visionbody's return window?

21 days from delivery. Ask support for a Return Authorization number inside that window before shipping anything back, and expect the refund within 14 business days of inspection. You cover return postage unless the fault is Visionbody's. Their financing page says "30-Day Money-Back"; the return policy governs.

Does 100 wash cycles mean the suit only lasts 100 washes?

No, and do not read it as generous either. It is the ceiling on the warranty for the functional components, not a durability rating. Visionbody asks you to wash after every two to three sessions while training two to three times a week, so a buyer following that guidance can approach 100 washes well inside the suit's usable life. Cover ends at six months or 100 washes, whichever comes first.

Do I have to register the suit for the warranty to apply?

Yes. Registration and proof of purchase are both required, and a claim needs filing within 10 calendar days of the return. Register the week the box arrives and photograph the invoice. Complimentary gifts are not covered.

How do I wash the suit without voiding the cover?

Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, 800 rpm, inside the supplied laundry net with all Velcro fastened, mild bleach-free detergent. Do not turn it inside out to wash, that is the air-drying step after a workout. No hand washing, dry cleaning, tumble drying, ironing, wringing, bleach, fabric softener, sports detergents or sunlight. Dry flat, and keep the control box out of the machine.

Who do I contact about a warranty claim if I am not in the US?

The only support address Visionbody publishes is support-usa@visionbody.com, which covers the US. We found no published EU or DACH contact, and Visionbody does not state which entity administers a non-US claim, so use the contact route on the storefront you bought from: visionbody.eu for the rest of Europe, or visionbodyshop.com for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Can I spread the payments?

In the US, yes: a deposit plan with no credit check, $890 today and $1,000 on delivery charged to the same card, $1,890 total. That is a payment schedule rather than credit. No instalment arrangement exists on the European or international storefronts, so plan to pay in full outside the US.

Is Visionbody FDA cleared, and does that affect the warranty?

Visionbody is FDA cleared under 510(k) K222386, decided 24 February 2023, where the FDA found the device substantially equivalent to a device already legally marketed. Clearance is a regulatory review rather than an endorsement of any result, and it is not the same as approval. It sits separately from the warranty.
