TitanBody's warranty and returns terms are among the clearest in home EMS, and they are also scattered across a product page, a FAQ, a shipping policy and a refund policy. This is all of it in one place, as published on titanbody.com on 27 October 2026, with the catches spelled out. I earn a commission if you buy through this page; the terms are the company's, not mine, and they can change, so the date matters.
Warranty
One year on the suit and three years on the power box, both counted from the day of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If something fails inside the window you contact support for repair or replacement. Two details from the product page: the power box's serial number is registered to you at purchase, which is how the warranty is tracked, and spare batteries are sold separately, which in my reading makes a worn battery a consumable rather than a warranty claim.
What the warranty does not say is as important, and this paragraph is my reading rather than the page. "Normal use" presumably excludes the washing mistakes the manual warns about: no dryer, no hand wringing, no submerging anything with electronics in it. Damage from washing against those instructions is unlikely to be treated as a defect. The one year suit term is also the shorter of the two by design: the garment is the wear item, the box is the investment. Owners who want insurance past year one should know replacement suits are sold on their own.
Returns
Thirty days from the date of delivery, and the clock is on the postmark: the return has to be shipped back within those 30 days, not merely requested. The steps are: email support@titanbody.com inside the window and ask for a return authorisation number; ship the suit back with that number marked on the package; wait for inspection. Returns without an authorisation number are not accepted.
The conditions. The product must be in resellable condition, which TitanBody defines as clean, undamaged and without signs of excessive wear, with every component, accessory, manual and the packaging included. Shipping and handling fees are not refunded. Return shipping is at your cost unless the return is for a verified defect under warranty. Refunds go to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after inspection, and a suit that comes back in poor condition can be charged a restocking fee or refused.
Exclusions: anything bought from an unauthorised dealer or reseller, damage from misuse or alteration, commercial purchases, and preorder deposits, which cannot be refunded or cancelled until the preordered item has been delivered, at which point the normal 30 days start. Exchanges are only offered for defective items. In practice that is a 30 day window with a catch: "resellable condition" is judged by TitanBody on a compression garment you have sweated in. Wash it exactly as the manual says, keep the box and every accessory, and if you are unsure whether you are keeping it, decide early.
Shipping
The shipping policy says orders ship within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, and that anything placed before noon Eastern goes out the same business day. Since the size is set from your measurements after checkout, the practical clock starts when your form is in. Domestic orders travel UPS Ground by default, with UPS 2-Day Air available at checkout for a fee, and TitanBody reserves the right to switch carriers. International orders go UPS, FedEx or DHL depending on the country. The product page says shipping is free, domestic and international; the shipping policy adds that customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and import fees in the destination country, that transit times vary, and that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Two timing notes. Return the sizing form the day it arrives. And the 2.0 was listed as shipping in three to four weeks at the time of writing, against the original's immediate dispatch, so if you need a suit this week the original is the one.
The trade-in
TitanBody lists a 2.0 trade-in at $1,495, which is $1,500 off the 2.0's price in exchange for your original suit. The listing does not spell out the condition or timing of the return, so confirm both in writing before ordering. It is not a return under the policy above; it is a purchase.
Price protection
You may see a 90-day price guarantee mentioned on YouTube. According to the reviewer who mentions it, it is tied to buying through his referral link and code; it is not in TitanBody's published policies. If a later sale would bother you, ask support in writing before you order whether they will honour the difference for you.
How this compares
Three years on the power box and a year on the suit matches the longest published consumer warranty in home EMS; Katalyst's 2023 terms were the same split, and Visionbody's suit term is shorter. Thirty days is now standard. Free international shipping is unusual. The free resizing in year one, covered in the sizing guide, has no equivalent anywhere. The gap is the unpublished FDA clearance number; ask for it alongside the serial registration.
The suit is $1,895 at TitanBody and code ROUTINES takes $100 off. The 15 percent military, first responder and teacher programme and the HSA/FSA route, which needs a letter of medical necessity, are on the code page. Everything else is under the TitanBody tag.
